Dislodged or Avulsed Teeth

Dislodged tooth -AAE

Traumatic injuries to the teeth can cause them to be displaced or entirely dislodged. Properly re-positioning the teeth as soon as possible is essential. If the pulp remains healthy, no other treatment is necessary. If the pulp becomes damaged or infected, root canal treatment is required within 7 to 10 days. If left untreated, complications will arise. The sooner you receive treatment the better your prognosis will be. An endodontic consultation will determine the health of the tooth and the best treatment option.
